I have some travel coming up so I wanted to share my plans.
Saturday April 9th – I’m taking a day trip to Phoenix Arizona. It’s like I’m going to have downtime during the early afternoon. If you would like to meet and can host let me know:)
Tuesday April 19th thru May3rd – I am going on a women’s retreat to Bali for some much needed rest and relaxation. This is actually only my second real vacation in my life. My first was 15 years ago when I went to Hawaii for 2 weeks. I’m nervous and excited about it.
Friday May 27th thru Monday May 30th – I will be in San Francisco for a conference. If you would like to meet on Tuesday the 31st let me know. I may stay longer if I get booked up:)

Both couples and singles are welcome. During the break after the class everyone will choose who they will work with. For the practice we will be in groups of 2 or 3. You must have a partner or group to stay for the guided practice.
The practice session will be clothing optional. This is not an orgy or party atmosphere. This is a safe space that will allow participants to become completely aware of their body and their erotic energy.
You will leave knowing
•the anatomy of the anal area
•effective communication strategies for intimacy
•Taoist Erotic Massage techniques to increase sexual energy
•how to enter a trance state
•specific ways to tease and please the anus in particular and the entire human body in general
For those staying for the guided practice the following will be supplied for you:
•Gloves
•Olive oil and coconut oil
•Silicone based lubricant
What to bring if you might stay for the guided practice:
•A sheet
•A towel
•A wash cloth
•A yoga mat or padding
•A blanket
Optional:
•Your preferred massage oil

*Key Note: To men, there may be times when we do groups of 3’s and 4’s, which means you will be in a group with other men, if you are not able to touch a man’s hands or feet….or willing to grow into that…this may not be the place for you. I never have sexual exercises for men to do with each other, but being ok with your own sex is an important part of this work…it’s a sex positive class.
