Many times, once an appointment is scheduled, a person will ask me what they should do to be ready for our session.  Here are my suggestions:

At a bare minimum, a shower the day of our session is a must.

If you want anal massage or rimming it’s best if you have not had a bowel movement since your last shower.  If you have, then it’s best that you shower again and wash your ass crack and the pucker of your anus with soap and warm water.  Make sure to rinse all the soap off.  A wet wipe is not sufficient if you are wanting ass licking – the chemicals on the wet wipes taste awful.

If you are wanting a prostate massage, toys or strap-on/pegging the amount of internal cleaning you do is up to you.  Fecal matter is not really stored in the rectum, it is only moved there when you need to have a bowel movement.  If you have had a bowel movement the day of our session you are most likely clear of fecal matter in the rectal area.
